After checkout, you will receive an email directly from MHS with your secure assessment link. A Coaching.EQ coach will also connect with you to schedule your debrief session.

Step 2 — Complete the Assessment
The online questionnaire takes 10–30 minutes and can be completed from any device.

Step 3 — Receive Your Report
Your personalized Leadership Report will be emailed to you within three business days of completing the assessment.

Step 4 — Leadership Debrief
