How It Works

Step 1 — Purchase
Once your order is confirmed, you would receive an email directly from MHS with a link to use in accessing your assessment. ut with your assessment link and schedule your debrief.

Step 2 — Complete the Assessment
The online questionnaire takes 10–30 minutes and can be done from any device.

Step 3 — Receive Your Report
Your personalized Workplace Report will arrive within three business days of completion.

Step 4 — Assessment Debrief
In a focused one-hour debrief session, your coach will walk you through your results, highlight key themes, and help you identify priority areas for development.
